The Energy Problem: In space, solar panels are roughly 8x more efficient. There are no clouds, no atmosphere, and in certain orbits, no night. You get pure, 24/7 high-intensity radiation.
The Heat Problem: Data centers on Earth are "water-hungry" because they use massive amounts of liquid to cool the chips. In space, you don't need water; you just radiate the heat out into the absolute zero of the vacuum.
The Land Problem: Building a 1TW data center on Earth would require a land area the size of a small country. In orbit, space is (literally) infinite.
